Say

Reply:do a web search or contact local florist. Hint: Greenleaf is a big wholesale florist across the country........they may have training courses. You%26#039;ll have to dig through their website. Or contact them directly in the NY/NJ area.
Reply:You might check the continuing education departments of your high school district. If you have a decent sized craft store in the area, they might hold classes for crafters
Reply:Our community college offers adult education and always has a course or two on flower arranging and decorating.make up
